Meet Devika Bharadwaj the girl behind Shoe Stopper. Shoe stopper, Devika says was started with an aim of weaving fashion and art together. Fabulous hand paintings on shoes, totes and ties is what she started off with. She aims to expand into clothes and customizing almost anything that can be painted upon.
