Ikat+Tweed+Stripes is my attempt at blending kitsch ,modern chic and casual together but this however is a different story. This particular tweed jacket from Zara is super stylish. Well it better be after I paid a little more than half my monthly house rent on it. However the problem being, I make impulsive non thought out purchases. It’s a brilliant investment for someone living in colder countries, not so much for people in this part of the world. I bought the jacket last year and must have worn it 3 times till now. Not that it was cold and situation demanded it, I was just trying to justify my purchase. I wore it to work once and froze everyone else by bribing the AC guy to maintain 18 degree temperature for the day. Now I tell myself that the jacket is saved up for when i will visit Paris or New-Zealand and prance around all day. Till then safely packed away in butter papers.
